I celebrate with the esteemed constituents of Lagos East, the good people of Lagos State, and indeed all Nigerians on the commemoration of Christmas.
I urge Christian faithful to truly embody the Christ-like traits , which emphasise sacrifice, unconditional love, compassion for one another, nation-building, peaceful co-existence and unity across all divides. At a time when our nation yearns for healing and progress, these values remain the moral compass required to strengthen our collective resolve and rebuild trust.
Concerning the economy, the worst is behind us. Today, key economic indicators increasingly point to recovery, stabilisation and renewed investor confidence. The bold and courageous reforms undertaken by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu are steadily correcting long-standing structural imbalances, laying a solid foundation for sustainable growth, job creation and broad-based prosperity for all citizens.
Relief is in sight. With collective effort, patience, faith and unity of purpose, Nigeria will not only overcome present challenges but will emerge stronger, more resilient and better positioned to secure a prosperous future for generations to come.
