Aarebirin Hon. Princess Dr. Folashade Olabanji-Oba, Honourable Commissioner, Lagos State Local Government Service Commission, has congratulated Mr. Tayo Ayinde, Chief of Staff to the Governor of Lagos State, on the occasion of his birthday.
