
Prince Adetola Ganiu Olusegun has expressed deep sorrow and heartfelt sympathy following the passing of His Royal Majesty, Oba Adeshina Sulaimon Adebowale, Ariran Akenre II, the revered Omola of Odomola Kingdom, who departed this life on Tuesday, May 13, 2027.
In a condolence message released shortly after the sad news broke, Prince Adetola described the late monarch as a symbol of honor, wisdom, peace, and traditional excellence whose reign brought pride, unity, and stability to the people of Odomola Kingdom and the larger Epe Division.
According to him, Kabiyesi was not only a respected traditional ruler but also a father figure whose leadership, counsel, and commitment to community development earned him admiration across the region.
Prince Adetola Ganiu Olusegun noted that the passing of the monarch represents a painful and irreplaceable loss to the traditional institution, the royal family, and the entire people of Odomola Kingdom.
He further stated that the late Oba’s remarkable contributions toward peace, cultural preservation, and communal harmony will continue to remain unforgettable in the hearts of many generations to come.
Prince Adetola extended his sincere condolences to the royal family, high chiefs, Baales, elders, sons and daughters of Odomola Kingdom, as well as the entire Epe Division during this difficult period of mourning.
He prayed that Almighty God would grant the family and the people of Odomola the strength and fortitude to bear the painful loss while also praying for the peaceful repose of the monarch’s soul.
“Kabiyesi lived a life of honor and service to his people. His legacy of peace, wisdom, and leadership will continue to speak long after his departure,” Prince Adetola stated.
The passing of Oba Adeshina Sulaimon Adebowale, Ariran Akenre II, has continued to attract tributes from political leaders, traditional institutions, community stakeholders, and residents across Epe Division, many of whom described his reign as impactful and historic.
