Aarebirin Hon Princess Folashade Olabanji-Oba
congratulated following his overwhelming victory at the All Progressives Congress (APC) House of Representatives Primary Election in Ikorodu Federal Constituency.
Hon. Jimi Benson secured a massive 69,767 votes to clinch the APC re-election ticket, defeating , who polled 1,119 votes in the keenly contested primary election.
In her congratulatory message, Aarebirin Hon. Princess Dr. Folashade Olabanji-Oba described the victory as a clear reflection of the confidence, trust, and strong grassroots support Hon. Jimi Benson enjoys among the people of Ikorodu Federal Constituency.
She appreciated party faithful, stakeholders, community leaders, youths, women groups, and residents across Ikorodu for their peaceful conduct, commitment, and massive support throughout the electoral process.
According to her, the outcome of the primary election demonstrates the appreciation of the people for quality representation, impactful leadership, and consistent dedication to the growth and development of Ikorodu Federal Constituency.
Aarebirin further stated that the remarkable margin recorded in the election is a strong statement of unity and collective confidence in the continuity of progressive representation under Hon. Jimi Benson.
She urged APC members and supporters to remain united and committed as the party prepares for the next phase of the electoral process, adding that the victory belongs to the entire Ikorodu Federal Constituency.
