Residents of Otta Ikosi in Ward F1 came out in massive numbers to receive and rally behind Prince Adetola Ganiu Olusegun, popularly known as Segun Three, during his consultation visit ahead of the Lagos State House of Assembly election for Epe Constituency II.
The gathering attracted party faithful, community leaders, youths, women, market stakeholders, and grassroots supporters who openly declared their support for the former chairman of Ikosi-Ejinrin LCDA, insisting that it is the turn of Ikosi Division to produce the next representative for Epe Constituency II at the Lagos State House of Assembly.
Supporters at the event emphasized the importance of maintaining the principle of two-term rotational representation within the constituency, noting that fairness, inclusiveness, and political balance remain vital for unity and peaceful cooperation across the constituency.
Many residents stated that their support for Prince Adetola Ganiu Olusegun is largely driven by his proven record of development and impactful leadership during his tenure as Executive Chairman of Ikosi-Ejinrin LCDA between 2008 and 2014.
According to several speakers at the gathering, the projects executed during his administration across education, healthcare, security, infrastructure, youth empowerment, rural electrification, and community development continue to speak for him years after leaving office.
Residents recalled how schools were reconstructed, health centres upgraded, boreholes constructed, roads and drainages improved, security strengthened, and employment opportunities created for youths and local artisans during his administration.
Many supporters described him as a tested grassroots leader with practical governance experience and strong understanding of the needs of local communities across Ikosi-Ejinrin LCDA and Eredo LCDA.
The atmosphere in Otta Ikosi reflected excitement, solidarity, and political momentum as chants, prayers, and words of encouragement filled the gathering, with supporters reaffirming their readiness to stand firmly behind his aspiration.
